SEAL의 개념

"SEAL"은 일본 장인의 고도의 기술로 만들어진 재활용을 컨셉으로 한 제품을 제공하는 브랜드입니다. SEAL은 버려진 타이어 튜브를 수거하여 가방, 신발 등의 주원료로 재사용하며, 소재의 특성을 최대한 살립니다. SEAL 제품은 완전히 똑같은 두 조각이 없고 각각 다른 소재로 만들어진 "독특한" 제품으로, 자신의 물건에 집착하고 남들과 조금 다른 것을 소유하고 싶은 사람들을 위한 것입니다. SEAL은 그런 사람들에게 오랫동안 사용할 수 있고 애착을 가질 수 있는 아이템을 전달합니다.

    SEAL은 브랜드 설립 초기부터 매출의 일부를 WWF Japan(World Wide Fund for Nature Japan)에 기부하고 있으며, 제품을 구매할 때마다 소나무 묘목을 기부하고 있습니다. 그 밖에도 시부야 구에서 쓰레기 줍기, 네팔 어린이 돕기, 다양한 재해 지역에 기부하기 등 지구에 국한되지 않고 작은 방법으로 사회에 공헌하는 활동도 하고 있습니다. 우리는 지구를 돕기 위해 우리가 할 수 있는 일을 하기 위해 이러한 활동에 계속 적극적으로 참여할 것입니다.
